Who we are. Harbour Row Films Ltd, Studio 3, Harbour Row, Ancoats, Manchester M4 6DE, is the data controller. Questions to hello@harbourrowfilms.co.uk.
This website collects nothing. No analytics, no advertising pixel, no embedded video player, no third-party font. Fonts, images and stylesheets come from our own domain, and no cookie is set — which is why there is no cookie banner rather than one being hidden.
What you send us. Name, email, topic and message. If you send us an idea for a film, we hold that too.
Contributors and footage. Anyone who appears in a film signs a release that says what the footage may be used for and for how long. Unused rushes are retained for seven years and are not licensed to anybody without going back to the contributor. We do not sell footage to stock libraries. We do not put rushes, transcripts or releases into any machine-learning system.
How long. Enquiries: twelve months. Ideas we declined: twelve months, then deleted, with a one-line record that we saw it. Production and contract records: seven years.
Your rights. Ask for a copy, ask us to correct or delete it, or object. We reply within a calendar month, free. Complaints to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
This is a demonstration site. Harbour Row Films is a fictional company and this site was built by Omnify Labs to demonstrate design and build quality. Every film, award, broadcaster and person on it is invented, and the telephone number is from the range Ofcom reserves for fiction. The form validates your input and then does nothing with it.
